Care & Consolation
St. John Chrysostom Parish is devoted to caring for our parishioners at every age and throughout life's challenges. We support our parishioners in sickness, in health and in grief -- at home, in nursing homes, in crisis, and as they return home to the Lord.We offer Communion visits and anointing of the sick to our homebound and our parishioners in hospitals and nursing homes.A Note about Anointing: Anointing of the Sick is a sacrament of healing available to anyone at any time for any physical, emotional or spiritual infirmity. Anointing of the Sick is not "Last Rites." Families and caregivers are urged not to defer anointing until the point of death as a priest may not be available in time.Please contact us for any spiritual need at (610) 874-3418 x 106 or with this brief form.We welcome all those with compassionate hearts to our ministries of care and consolation.
